Here I am at about age 9 or 10 (1964 or 1965) in my Life Boys unifom. I was in the 45th Liverpool Life Boys which was based at Greenfield Road Methodist Church in Old Swan.

I'm standing in the path of my parent's house at 13 Highfield Road (off Derby Lane) and standing in front of the family car (a Spruce Green Ford Standard Anglia), which was our first ever car bought in 1964 and came from the Ford Halewood factory where my dad worked until he retired.
