On the way to New Brighton Photo by Tom Curbo My sister and I on our way to New Brighton for the day in 1965. We used to get the ferry over to Wallasey ( it was cheaper ) then walk along the the prom to the fair at New Brighton. I can remember it being a long walk for a six year old.
